Ingredients:

· Olive oil half cup

· 8 to 10 garlic cloves

· 5 Whole Mushrooms, cut in half.

· Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice.

· Parsley chopped.

· Salt to taste

· 4 slices of bread (white, wheat, or any of your choice)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C or (350°F).

2. Add garlic and olive oil to a small oven-safe bowl.

3. Place the garlic and olive oil in the preheated oven, bake for about 10 minutes, and then add mushrooms.

4. Bake for 5 to 7 more minutes until the garlic turns golden brown, keeping an eye on the garlic to avoid burning.

5. Once the garlic is golden brown, let it cool and stir in salt and chopped parsley. (Adjust the seasoning according to your taste).

6. Brush olive oil into a small pan and toast your bread until light brown.
