Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest native Souri and Baladi olives grown in northern Lebanon, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible flavor to any dish!
Because our olives are picked after the first rain of the season, they are packed with flavor when cold-pressed.
